and simply request the forms you need. Our helpful staff will be
happy to help you and answer any questions about the materials you
are requesting.
When you call Supply, please have the following information ready:
- Identify yourself as a Zurich Marine Agent.
- Mention the form by form number.
- Specify the quantity you want.
- Indicate where you want your forms delivered.
How to File a Claim:
Simply call 1-800-527-3907 for claim service.
If your customer gets into an accident or experiences a loss, all you need to do is call a marine claim specialist. Our claim reporting line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience, and to help get your customer back out on the water as soon as possible.
Our claim experts have the knowledge and experience to handle marine claims. We have a depth of expertise that is rarely matched in other companies. Claims are assigned based upon location, complexity and type of claim. You can be sure your claim representative is specially trained to handle claims in a fair and timely manner.
